Responsible for the entire 5th through 12th grade instrumental music program, including concert, jazz and competitive marching bands (over 200 instrumental students)
- Won Colorado State Marching Band Championship in class in both 2015 and 2016
- Obtained excellent and superior ratings at CHSAA Large Group Festival in both performance and sight reading in 2015 and 2016
Improved many facets of the program:
- Raised musicianship and performance level for all grades
- Improved beginning band recruitment, increasing the 6th grade band by 50% over two years
- Rebuilt declining booster organization by improving parent leadership, involvement, and fundraising
